This is the point where you come to me with an idea for software that will solve a problem or create an opportunity. OR, you may just come with a problem, and we'll nut out how to solve it together.
Initial Scope & Estimate
At this point I'm going to tell you how I'm going to go about creating your software, and give you a time and cost estimate.
Itteration / Sprint
I'm going to establish a list of features which can be created within two weeks or less, and start working on them.
Release for Testing & Invoice
At the end of the Sprint I'm going to give you something you can test, so you can be sure the project is heading in the right direction. I'm also going to send you an invoice for the work done, while creating a snapshot of the source code.
Adjusted Scope & Estimate
With a test version of the software in hand, this is a good time to re-evaluate which direction the software should take. Often new opportunities become evident, and the scope of the project is adjusted to take advantage of that.
Payment & Source Code
Once you pay the invoice, you will receive the matching snapshot of the source code. If you are not happy with what was developed, you don't have to pay.
